Confidential therapy for therapists and helping professionals, by a fellow clinician. A space where you can take off your helper hat and be human. We can work on who you are outside your professional identity; burnout; compassion fatigue, boundaries with clients and colleagues; the patterns that made you a helper, and what they cost you; and relationships at home that get the leftovers of your energy.
I can help you feel alive as a person, not just a professional. After all, we are humans first!
Consultation & Supervision
You shouldn’t have to carry the hard cases alone. Bring the questions that keep you up at night; stuck cases, ethical gray areas, risk decisions, boundary challenges and practice issues.
Peer Consultation is for licensed professionals. It is confidential, collegial and non-hierarchical. Get fresh perspectives on difficult cases; a space to think through ethics and risk before they become problems; documentation of your consultation, which supports good pratice and licensure; and collegial connection, which private practice often lacks.
$100/group; $200/individual
Clinical Supervision for Licensed Associate Counselors accruing hours toward licensure. We’ll cover case conceptualization & treatment planning; ethics, documentation, and risk management; boundaries, self-care, avoididing burnout, and the business side of practice, if relevant.
Good supervision does more than check hours It helps you think clinically, manage risk, and build a style that’s your own. I offer a supportive, honest space to review cases, strengthen skills and prepare for inependent practice.
$75/group; $130/individual
