Relationship Therapy

Let’s work together to understand the patterns in your relationships. We’ll look at your side, as well as theirs, so you can respond differently. We’ll work on communicating without things blowing up; and defining and holding boundaries. Whether it be conflict with family; friends; other relationships, women’s issues or co-parenting, I can help you navigate your difficult relationships. I am also here to support you in times of grief and loss.

Relationship therapy can be done individually, with your family, or in a group with others experiencing similar challenges.

Grief Journaling Therapy

Grief Journaling Therapy

Give your grief somewhere to go. Grief doesn’t always come out in conversation. Writing can hold what’s difficult to say out loud. You’ll use gentle, guided prompts to put grief into words and explore your loss, honor who or what you’ve lost, and notice how grief is changing you.

Ten therapist-provided prompts, sent one at a time; you respond at your own pace; receive therapeutic feedback to each entry, along with the subsequent prompt.

Grief Journaling is a therapeutic offering, not a substitute for individual therapy.

Private pay, $40/entry ($400 total)

Comedy Therapy

Comedy Therapy

Humor creates distance from pain without denying it. It lets you see your story from the outside, which is often when it starts to shift. Comedy Therapy combines elements of traditional group therapy with the art of comedy— though no experience in either one is necessary, and you never have to perform for anyone.

Reframe your experiences, build confidence, and find healing through humor by learning to name your emotions; identify your blocks; own your feelings; find voice in personal struggle and unlock comedic material.

Comedy Therapy is a four-week virtual experience, not a substitute for individual therapy.

Private pay, $50/session ($200 total)
